Application instructions

You can use the Yrittäjyysbuusti if:

  • You are interested in entrepreneurship or have been an entrepreneur for less than 12 months.
  • You have registered as a job seeker client in the Tampere region employment area.
  • You have submitted an application to the Service Platform according to the instructions provided.

Apply for Yrittäjyysbuusti

  1. Once you have found a suitable service from the service selection, apply for Yrittäjyysbuusti through the "Log in" button at the top of the page.
  2. Log in with strong authentication (suomi.fi identification) and submit your application. Information about your application will be sent to the employment authority and the service provider you selected.
  3. The employment authority will check your eligibility to participate in the service and will contact you if there are any issues. If you have any questions, you can contact yrittajyysbuusti@tampere.fi.
  4. Once the application is approved, the service provider will contact you and you will agree together on the start of the service.

Registering as a Client in the Tampere Region Employment Area as an Employee or Entrepreneur

Applying for the service as an employee or entrepreneur also requires being a client of the Tampere region employment area. Your client status is valid for the duration of the service. Follow these instructions to register:

  1. Log in to the Työmarkkinatori Service at tyomarkkinatori.fi. You can authenticate using online banking credentials, a mobile certificate, or a chip ID card.
  2. Register as a job seeker client in the Tampere region employment area by selecting "muusta syystä" (for other reasons) as the reason for starting the job search.
  3. In the "Lisätietoja" (Additional Information) field, write "Yrittäjyysbuusti" and fill in the other required fields. Complete your work and education history and your business activities for at least the past two years.
  4. In the "Kokoaikatyön hakeminen" (Applying for full-time work) section, please select "en hae työttömyyspäivärahaa tai työmarkkinatukea" (I am not applying for unemployment benefits or labor market support).
