Are you ever thinking becoming an entrepreneur? Are you hesitating your skills, knowledge or do you just have it in you?

Our service is about assisting you to become a successful business owner. We review your business plan, and assist you to improve it where possible so it works and supports you in your journey for making the idea reality. While we coach you, we go through the challenges and requirements of the entrepreneurial life, advise about the next steps and how to go forward ensuring that you have all the information you need to become successful entrepreneur.

We have a proven track record of assisting successful entrepreneurs and companies during their babysteps. During the coaching we can touchbase at least the following subjects:

• Basics of becoming entrepreneur in Finland
• Review business plan, commercialisation plan and how to build your go-to-market strategy, pricing and sales
• How to become visible in the market and make customers recognise you
• Financial planning, accounting services and tasks, public funding and applications to use so your operation becomes effective
• Team building
• Investor relations planning, how you can attract investor funding for your business.

We ensure that you have the tools and whistles to kick-off the entrepreneurial journey successfully and you have all the information you need.

Our service can be executed face-to-face or via webcalls, what ever works for you. We recommend at least one face-to-face meeting at the beginning, though it is not compulsory, and if you prefer calls we also have state-of-the-art webcall solutions to support the delivery of coaching.
